Accordia secures 76,300 SF in office deals, signaling robust demand for Northern N.J. Class A space

Accordia, a Fairfield-based full-service real estate firm, announced that it has successfully executed nearly 80,000 square feet of new leases and renewals across its Northern New Jersey portfolio. The activity, centered in Elmwood Park and Fairfield, underscores a sustained “flight to quality” as tenants prioritize professionally managed, strategically located assets in Bergen and Essex counties.

The leasing momentum was concentrated at two of Accordia’s cornerstone properties: River Drive Center II in Elmwood Park and Greenbrook Executive Center in Fairfield.

River Drive Center II, located at 669 River Drive, saw significant activity from professional service and advisory firms. The building is known for its dramatic four-story atrium and immediate access to Interstate 80 and Routes 20, 21, and 46.

Notable transactions at 669 River Drive include:

• Keyence Corporation: 20,000 SF lease extension.
• Loyas, Legutko, Myers Insurance Services: 3,500 SF lease extension.
• DLA, LLC: 2,500 SF new lease for the boutique internal audit and accounting advisory firm.
• Jerusalem Financial Group Inc.: 1,400 SF new lease.

In Fairfield, the Greenbrook Executive Center at 100 Passaic Avenue continued to draw a diverse tenant base ranging from beauty brands to government agencies.

Major deals at 100 Passaic Avenue include:

• Woodmont Properties: ~17,000 SF lease extension.
• e.l.f. Cosmetics: 10,000 SF new lease.
• OMNI Eye Care: ~8,700 SF lease extension.
• Administrative Offices of the Courts: ~3,500 SF lease extension.
• VACO: 3,500 SF lease extension.
• NJiif: 3,900 SF new lease.
