Red Bank-based Denholtz has officially completed Northpark at Bridgewater, a premier Class-A industrial redevelopment located at 1488 Route 22. The announcement, made on Monday, marks the transformation of the site into a 73,429-square-foot modern hub for manufacturing and logistics.
The project’s completion is punctuated by its first major lease: DIGI America Inc. has signed on for 21,017 square feet of the facility.
Designed to cater to the evolving demands of the industrial sector, Northpark at Bridgewater offers high-spec features that have become essential for modern logistics users. The facility includes:
- 36′ clear ceiling heights for maximum vertical storage.
- 12 tailboard docks and a drive-in door to streamline shipping.
- LED lighting and over 100 on-site parking spaces.
- Strategic Connectivity: Direct access to Route 22 and proximity to Interstates 78 and 287.
DIGI America Inc., a technology leader specializing in automated wrapping machines, supermarket scales, and integrated packaging solutions, will use the space to support its service to major retailers like Costco and Walmart. Their move to Northpark highlights the building’s capability to support high-tech equipment and automation systems.
“DIGI America’s lease reflects both the quality of Northpark at Bridgewater and the sustained demand for Class-A industrial space in the Somerset County market,” Kristine Hurlbut, senior vice president of Leasing at Denholtz said. “This is exactly the kind of established, forward-thinking company we envisioned as a tenant here.”
The lease was facilitated by Jordan Zimmel of Zimmel Associates, representing Denholtz, and Linda Hill of Colliers International, who represented DIGI America.
With more than 50,000 square feet still available, Northpark at Bridgewater is positioned as a key asset in New Jersey’s industrial corridor as companies continue to seek high-efficiency spaces near major transportation arteries.
