RWJBarnabas Health has been recognized as a World’s Top Disability Inclusive Business based on its performance on the Disability Index, the leading global benchmark for disability inclusion in business.
Companies earning this distinction represent the highest levels of disability inclusion, signaling leadership and measurable progress to employees, patients, customers, and community partners. This recognition reflects RWJBarnabas Health’s ongoing commitment to fostering disability-inclusive workplaces and patient experiences that drive innovation and strengthen organizational performance.
Lynda Markoe, Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at RWJBarnabas Health, was thrilled the system was again honored.
