A familiar face is back at the helm of one of Little Egg Harbor’s premier senior living communities. The Terraces at Seacrest Village announced today the return of Kelly Reilly as executive director, a role she previously held for nearly a decade.
Reilly, a highly regarded leader in New Jersey’s health care sector, served as the community’s director from 2015 to 2024. Her return marks a strategic move to maintain the community’s high standards of care and its reputation for a hospitality-forward resident experience.
For Reilly, the return to Seacrest Village is more than just a professional milestone—it is a homecoming. Her career at the campus began in 2009, and she has spent the last 17 years building deep ties within the Little Egg Harbor community.
“Little Egg Harbor has been like home to me for the past 17 years,” Reilly said. “Many Seacrest residents and staff members have been part of my journey, and I’m grateful for the lasting relationships I’ve built. I’m happy to be back and look forward to continuing to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.”
Reilly brings more than 15 years of senior leadership experience to the position. Under her previous tenure, The Terraces at Seacrest Village earned the 2023 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).
Her professional credentials include:
- Certified Assisted Living Administrator (NJ)
- Certified Home Health Aide & Medication Aide (NJ/PA)
- Ongoing Nursing Education: Currently pursuing an associate degree in nursing to further enhance her clinical leadership.
The announcement has been met with enthusiasm from residents and families who remember Reilly’s “steady leadership.”
