The transformation of suburban New Jersey’s premier live-work-play destination marked a major milestone today. The Connell Company announced it has officially commenced preleasing for RT500, a new 11-story luxury residential tower situated inside The Park, the developer’s sprawling 185-acre master-planned campus in Berkeley Heights.
Managed by Greystar, the 179-unit building represents the first phase of the Round Table (RT) Residences brand. The highly anticipated project has already generated significant market momentum, drawing a substantial wave of inquiries ahead of its scheduled Aug. 1 move-in date.
A temporary leasing office has officially opened on-site inside the Embassy Suites by Hilton Berkeley Heights, located at 250 Connell Drive. Prospective tenants will soon be able to schedule hard-hat tours of the model apartments and the tower’s expansive amenity decks.
RT500 is designed through a collaboration between Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners and interior designer David Sullivan Inc. The residential layouts feature modern finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary quartz countertops, and sleek wood-plank flooring balanced by a calming, neutral color palette.
The lifestyle ecosystem within the tower is heavily hospitality-driven, boasting an impressive collection of resort-style amenities, including:

This includes Café Exchange, a 6,000-square-foot, two-story social hub operating as a premium coffee bar by day and a cultural wine bar by night, complete with a book exchange and art installations. Dog owners will also benefit from the immediate presence of Dogtopia, an award-winning provider of dog daycare, overnight boarding, and spa services.
