Kislak relocates brokerage HQ to Woodbridge office tower

The Kislak Company, Inc., along with its affiliates Kislak Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. and The Kislak Referral Agency, Inc., has officially moved its brokerage headquarters to the Woodbridge Office Tower at 10 Woodbridge Center Drive.

The relocation to the Class A office building marks a significant upgrade for the firm, which has maintained a presence in Woodbridge since 1982. Matthew LoBocchiaro, a commercial sales and leasing associate at Kislak, spearheaded the site selection and lease negotiations for the new headquarters. Kevin Carton and Brody Strickland of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Woodbridge Office Tower, LLC.

The move was designed to accommodate the firm’s ongoing growth and commitment to its employees and clients. The new headquarters was delivered as a build-to-suit space, allowing Kislak to design an efficient, collaborative layout tailored to its brokerage and administrative needs. The office features high-end finishes, glass-front offices to maximize natural light, and sweeping views of the New York City skyline.

The decision to remain in Woodbridge underscores Kislak’s long-standing appreciation for the town’s connectivity. Located at the intersection of the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike, the office provides seamless access for the firm’s team to serve clients across the state and the surrounding region.
