Madison-based Century 21 Real Estate LLC on Monday announced its official entry into the United Arab Emirates (UAE) market. The launch includes the establishment of a regional headquarters in Dubai, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s ongoing global expansion.
The new UAE operation is spearheaded by Peter Matthews, Group CEO of Century 21 UAE and India. The Dubai headquarters already features a team of 30 affiliated agents under the leadership of Managing Director Alex Pearson, who brings extensive experience in both off-plan and secondary real estate markets.
This expansion is being executed under the guidance of CENTURY 21 Australasia Chairman Charles Tarbey, whose successful track record in international market development serves as the operational blueprint for the UAE launch.
