The commercial real estate services firm’s team—consisting of Troy Wisse, Michael Schaible, and Eduardo Lopez—represented the seller, Terreno Realty Corporation, while also procuring the buyer for the sprawling Meadowlands-area property.

According to Troy Wisse, the acquisition serves as a major expansion move for the buyer—an established local business operating out of a nearby facility—which plans to utilize the location as its new corporate headquarters.
“The buyer already operates from a nearby building, so this acquisition allows the company to remain in the area while gaining a high-quality facility that can accommodate future growth,” Wisse noted. “For industrial owner-users today, finding quality properties available for purchase can be challenging, particularly in high-barrier-to-entry markets.”
