PS&S, a full-service architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting firm, on Monday announced a significant leadership restructuring, highlighted by the promotion of Lisa DiGerolamo to executive vice president. In addition to DiGerolamo’s elevation, the firm named five new vice presidents, underscoring a strategic investment in its Northeast operations.
With over 38 years of industry experience, including 28 years at PS&S, DiGerolamo has been a driving force behind the firm’s Site Civil and Landscape Architecture Division. In her new role she will continue to oversee large-scale infrastructure and land development projects while supporting the firm’s geographic expansion into North Carolina and across the Northeast.

Joining DiGerolamo in new leadership roles, five senior directors have been promoted to Vice President, reflecting PS&S’s focus on multidisciplinary expertise:
- Daniel Caldwell (Vice President): A veteran in environmental compliance and business development, Caldwell has been instrumental in the firm’s growth initiatives and maintains a heavy footprint in South Jersey civic leadership.
- Daniel Maher, RLA, LLA, ISA (Vice President): With over 13 years of experience in site and urban design, Maher has led the firm’s initiatives in landscape architecture and site civil engineering.
- John McWilliams, LS (Vice President): A land surveying expert with 40 years of experience, McWilliams has been central to major infrastructure projects throughout New York City and Long Island.
- Michael Newton, PG, LSRP (Vice President): Having served as Senior Director of Environmental Services, Newton brings two decades of expertise in industrial and commercial remediation to his new role.
- Gregory Ranft, PE (Vice President): A 13-year veteran of the firm, Ranft has spearheaded the structural engineering team, focusing on the design and analysis of complex building and bridge infrastructure.
These promotions arrive at a pivotal time for PS&S as the firm scales its work for public and private sector clients. By promoting leaders from across environmental, engineering, and business development practices, the firm aims to maintain its reputation for delivering “smart, integrated solutions” amid an increasingly complex regulatory and infrastructure landscape.
