PestCo Holdings, a national provider of pest control services and a portfolio company of St. Louis-based private equity firm Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), has announced the acquisition of Arrow Pest Control.
Arrow Pest Control, based in Morganville has served residential and commercial clients across the state for over 50 years. This strategic acquisition strengthens PestCo’s service capabilities and market presence throughout New Jersey.
Founded more than five decades ago, Arrow Pest Control built its reputation on long-term customer loyalty and high-quality service. Stewart Lenner, owner of Arrow Pest Control, emphasized that the decision to partner with PestCo was centered on the future of the company’s employees and clients.
“Our people have always been the heart of Arrow, and protecting their future was one of the most important factors in this decision,” Lenner said. “From our very first conversations, the PestCo team demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a genuine respect for the culture and values that have made Arrow successful.”
For PestCo, the acquisition represents a significant step in its ongoing national expansion strategy. Jay Keating, CEO of PestCo, noted that the company intends to build upon Arrow’s long-standing history while integrating it into the PestCo platform.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The Potomac Company served as the exclusive financial advisor to Arrow Pest Control during the process.
