The property is fully leased to a long-term distribution tenant, marking a strategic expansion of SRE’s portfolio in Central New Jersey. The acquisition highlights the firm’s ongoing commitment to investing in supply-constrained logistics markets with high barriers to entry.
Strategically positioned within the renowned Exit 8A submarket, the property offers direct access to the New Jersey Turnpike. This location provides essential connectivity to the Port of New York and New Jersey, Newark Liberty International Airport, and the major metropolitan hubs of New York City and Philadelphia.
