Bussel Realty Corp.’s (BRC) Metz Industrial Group (MIG) announced on Monday that it successfully negotiated a lease for the entire 30,283-square-foot industrial property located at 620 Gotham Parkway in Carlstadt.
The tenant, The Lab Fabrication, a custom fabrication shop, secured the space to facilitate its East Coast expansion into Northern New Jersey.
The transaction was spearheaded by the Metz Industrial Group team, consisting of Principal Jordan Metz, Senior Associate Benito Abbate and Sales Associate James Friel. The landlord, Oliver Street Capital, was represented in the deal by CBRE.

The facility, situated on 1.9 acres, is well-positioned to serve the dense New York metropolitan market. Property features include:
