Fast-casual restaurant chain Just Salad has officially arrived in Woodbridge. While the new location at 675 US-1 (Unit 7A) quietly opened its doors to the public on June 23, the brand is hosting a three-day grand opening celebration featuring deep discounts and local fundraising starting Wednesday, July 15.
The New York-based chain, recognized for its plant-centric menu and emphasis on environmental sustainability, is welcoming the Middlesex County community with several targeted promotions:
- Wednesday, July 15 (Giveback Day): For every in-store transaction completed, Just Salad will donate $1 to Clean Ocean Action, a New Jersey-based non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the state’s marine environment and coastlines.
- Thursday, July 16 – Friday, July 17 ($5 Meal Days): Customers can purchase any chef-designed signature salad, wrap, warm bowl, or market plate for $5 all day long.
“This opening plays a major role in Just Salad’s continued growth to newly serve the Woodbridge community,” Jen Lally, chief marketing officer at Just Salad said. “We look forward to being part of the community’s movement towards prioritizing health and sustainability.”
Just Salad operates with a focus on waste reduction, most notably through its signature reusable bowl program. Customers who purchase and bring back the brand’s blue reusable bowl receive a free topping with their order; a system aimed at reducing single-use plastic waste.
The menu features freshly prepped daily produce, house-made dressings, and customizable “Build Your Own” market plates that allow guests to construct warm, protein-focused meals from scratch.
