Curaleaf Holdings Inc. said it has acquired an equity stake and certain operating rights in Boone Town Provisions, a dispensary in Boonton.
The 6,400-square-foot store, which opened in July 2024, sits on a busy stretch of Myrtle Avenue with few dispensaries nearby. It serves Parsippany, Morristown, Rockaway, Denville, Montville, Mountain Lakes, Fairfield, East Hanover and surrounding North Jersey communities.
The purchase of Boone Town complements Curaleaf’s three other New Jersey dispensaries in Bellmawr, Bordentown, and Edgewater Park. Headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, Curaleaf has operations in 15 states, including 174 dispensaries and 15 cultivation sites.
“Boone Town Provisions is one of the top-performing dispensaries in New Jersey,” said Boris Jordan, CEO of Curaleaf. “The acquisition strengthens our position in New Jersey, allows us to increase our vertical position, adds a proven, high-performing location to our retail footprint, and expands access to our brands for more customers in the state.”
