MarketFair is expanding its culinary footprint. The Princeton shopping and lifestyle destination announced that Wonder, a multi-restaurant mealtime platform, will open its doors at the center in the second half of 2027.
The upcoming arrival is part of a broader multi-year growth strategy at MarketFair, which recently welcomed sweetgreen in September 2026 and has a slate of prominent brands slated for 2027, including OFFLINE by Aerie, Kohler Co., LaScala’s Fire, and Warby Parker.
Wonder brings a fresh approach to dining by allowing customers to mix and match dishes from multiple celebrated chefs and restaurant concepts—all within a single order. The Princeton location will feature an exciting lineup of concepts, including:
- Limesalt
- Tejas Barbeque
- Fred’s Meat & Bread
- Yasas
- Streetbird
- Burger Baby
“MarketFair’s continued growth is rooted in our commitment to building on our strong foundation with a new vision for the future,” MarketFair Senior General Manager Anthony Palino said. “Wonder’s unique approach to dining, impressive variety and focus on convenience reflect that vision in action as we introduce fresh, modern concepts that give our community something new to discover every time they visit.”
Located along Route 1, the 242,000-square-foot MarketFair currently houses over 35 local and national brands, anchored by favorites like Barnes & Noble, AMC Theatres, Eddie V’s, and Seasons 52. Guided by its “Same Heart, New Vision” philosophy—managed by Centennial, powered by Lincoln—the center continues to evolve its retail, dining, and lifestyle mix for the Princeton community.
