Branchburg-based real estate firm Larken Associates announced Wednesday the completion of a renovation project at Greenwich Commons, a 42,896-square-foot professional and medical office building in Warren County.
The capital improvement project, located at 1 Greenwich Street, was executed by Core Enterprises, Larken Associates’ in-house construction division. Designed to establish a refreshed, modern aesthetic for incoming and existing tenants, the interior overhaul introduced new LED lighting and decorative sconces, carpet tile flooring, updated common area furniture, new signage, wallpaper, and fresh paint throughout the two-story building’s shared corridors and main lobbies.
Positioned just off Route 22 and roughly a quarter-mile from Interstate 78, Greenwich Commons sits in a highly visible transit corridor, serving as a key regional hub for local health care providers and professional businesses.

The upgrades reflect Larken Associates’ broader, long-term ownership strategy across its four-million-square-foot commercial real estate portfolio. By reinvesting heavily in existing suburban office assets, the firm aims to maintain high occupancy rates in what remains one of the tightest commercial submarkets in the country.
The building, which counts prominent regional entities like Hunterdon Health among its tenant base, currently has four professional and medical office spaces available for lease, ranging from 1,800 to 11,448 square feet.
