A 400-square-foot office condominium located at 17-10 River Road in Fair Lawn has been sold for $100,000 in a transaction brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Property Manager and Sales Representative Bill Levesque.
Situated on the second floor of a 25,600-square-foot commercial building, the unit had been vacant prior to the sale. The buyer, Compassionate Caregiving by Amanda LLC, plans to utilize the professional office space to train nurses for regional homecare assignments.
Levesque represented the seller in the transaction—a longtime client for whom he also provides ongoing property management services at the River Road building.
