Princeton Public Affairs Group (PPAG), a full-service public affairs and government relations firm, has announced the addition of Brianna Hill as a government affairs agent. Bringing nearly a decade of experience across public policy, legislative affairs, and strategic advocacy, Hill will advise clients on navigating regulatory frameworks and building relationships with policymakers statewide.
Throughout her career, Hill has maintained a robust footprint across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Most notably during her tenure at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA), she established and led the state’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) initiative. This first-of-its-kind program helps New Jersey businesses transition into employee-owned models while bolstering long-term operational sustainability.
In her new capacity at PPAG, Hill will leverage her deep policy interests—which span health care, labor, and gaming—to support the firm’s diverse clientele.
“I’ve always been interested in public policy and the role it plays in solving complex challenges,” Hill said. “Joining PPAG gives me the opportunity to learn from an experienced team while helping clients navigate issues that matter to them.”

Beyond her professional advocacy work, Hill is deeply embedded in regional civic and political leadership. She serves on the Mercer County Community College Board of Trustees, is an active member of the Women’s Political Caucus of New Jersey and holds the role of Vice Chair for the Mercer County Young Democrats.
