The Jersey Shore turned orange for a good cause as Utz Quality Foods teamed up with Garage Beer and event hosts Jason and Kylie Kelce for the annual Beer Bowl 2026, bringing record-breaking fundraising and plenty of crunch to local fans.
Held at the Yacht Club of Sea Isle City, the high-energy charity event featured competitive team challenges designed to support the Eagles Autism Foundation. Highlighting the festivities was the signature Utz x Garage Beer Million Cheese Ball Challenge, which featured a massive pool filled with over one million Utz Cheese Balls. Competitors and fans dove in to hunt for special Garage Beer-branded ping pong balls in what quickly became one of the day’s most talked-about moments.
The event followed a day-long kickoff at The Ocean Drive, where a dedicated Utz-branded bar featured rotating celebrity guest bartenders, snack sampling, and iconic Utz Pretzel Necklaces. A live auction highlight included a custom cheese ball dispenser signed by Philadelphia Eagles players, team legends, and celebrity guests.
Combined, the two-day festivities surpassed previous records by raising an incredible $1.26 million for autism research and care programs.
“As a snack that doesn’t take itself too seriously, it was only fitting that Utz Cheese Balls were part of this ridiculously fun fundraiser for the Eagles Autism Foundation,” Liza Darnell, vice president of Marketing Communications at Utz Quality Foods, said.
