In a deal done in lightning-fast speed, Lodestone Logistics has signed a 25,000-square-foot industrial lease at 110 North 12th Street, a 113,000-square-foot warehouse owned by North Holdings.
The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. represented Lodestone Logistics, a third-party logistics provider, in the deal.
The brokerage team was led by Jordan Metz, principal, along with Benito Abbate, senior associate, and James Friel, sales associate.
“Lodestone Logistics came to us with a requirement on a Wednesday, we toured this property the very next day, and the lease was fully executed by the following Tuesday, even with the Fourth of July holiday weekend in between,” Metz said.

North Holdings LLC is a privately held commercial real estate ownership and investment company focused on industrial and commercial properties throughout New Jersey.
The property, located at 100-112 North 12th Street, features 16-foot clear ceiling heights, two loading docks, one drive-in door, wet sprinkler systems, heavy power and 237 surface parking spaces.
The Union County location offers connections to Routes 22, 28 and 1 & 9, the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 78, the Garden State Parkway, Port Newark-Elizabeth, Newark Liberty International Airport and the greater New York metropolitan area.
