Financial services firm AC Tomkins & Company has leased 2,553 square feet of office
space at 400 Morris Avenue in Denville, expanding its northern New Jersey footprint
inside one of Morris County’s established business parks.
The deal was brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross and Vice
President Eric Weston, who represented the tenant.
Located within the 50-acre Denville Technical Park, 400 Morris Avenue is a two-story
office building positioned just off Route 80 and Route 513, with quick access to Route
287 and Route 46.
“Easy access for clients and employees from throughout northern New Jersey is a huge
benefit – and that’s particularly true within the financial services sector,” Gross said.
“For the new tenant, this location is an ideal fit.”
