Infinity Aviation Group has officially announced the acquisition of FlightServ, a premier fixed base operator (FBO) located at Trenton-Mercer Airport (TTN) in Ewing.
The strategic acquisition marks Infinity’s major expansion into the New York metropolitan business aviation market, broadening its growing East Coast network.
Completed by FlightServ in 2023 as part of a purpose-built general aviation facility, the newly rebranded Infinity Aviation FBO at TTN features top-tier infrastructure designed to accommodate heavy private jet traffic:
- Hangar Capacity: 80,000 square feet of climate-controlled hangarage featuring 28-foot door heights and 24/7 security, capable of housing the largest business aviation aircraft.
- FBO Terminal: A 30,000-square-foot modern terminal equipped with passenger and crew lounges, two 12-seat conference rooms, a dining area, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
- Comprehensive Services: Full-service aircraft detailing, ramp support, and ground handling.
“Trenton sits in one of the busiest business aviation markets in the country, and with the addition of this site, Infinity will be able to better serve the New York metropolitan business aviation community,” Steven Levesque, CEO of Infinity Aviation Group said. “The FlightServ team built a first-rate operation here and the team is continuing with us in Trenton. We plan to invest in the operation, adding more hangar capacity, more capability on the ramp, and other high-quality FBO services.”
Aviation Charters, a Part 135 charter, aircraft management, and maintenance business operated by FlightServ’s founding ownership, will continue to operate out of the Trenton facility, ensuring seamless continuity for existing clients and based aircraft.
Positioned midway between New York City and Philadelphia, Trenton-Mercer Airport (TTN) serves as an appealing, uncongested alternative to congested regional hubs like Teterboro and Morristown, offering on-airport U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) capabilities, no slot restrictions, and fast turnarounds.
With the addition of the Trenton location, Infinity Aviation’s portfolio now spans three key regional nodes:
- Trenton-Mercer Airport (TTN) in New Jersey (serving the NYC/Philadelphia metro area)
- Nashua Airport (KASH) in Nashua, New Hampshire (serving the greater Boston area)
- Vero Beach Regional Airport (VRB) in Vero Beach, Florida (serving the Treasure Coast)
“Infinity Aviation, with our network of three FBOs, now offers private jet travelers a premium experience that spans the East Coast, from New Hampshire to New Jersey to Florida,” Levesque said.
