Parsippany-headquartered SAX Wealth Advisors, a leading independent wealth management firm under the SAX Advisory Group, has announced the acquisition of Lighthouse Financial, adding approximately $350 million in assets under management.
The transaction, which officially closed on June 30, establishes SAX Wealth Advisors’ second Florida office and marks a major milestone in the firm’s aggressive national expansion strategy.
As part of the acquisition, seasoned financial professional Martin Parlato joins SAX Wealth Advisors as Principal and Wealth Advisor, operating out of the new location in Ponte Vedra, Florida.
Parlato will integrate into the broader SAX Advisory Group ecosystem, gaining access to advanced financial planning resources, deep in-house tax expertise, and robust operational infrastructure designed to elevate client service.
