Crow Holdings development delivers 535,603-SQ-FT Class A warehouse in New York’s Hudson Valley

Crow Holdings Development has officially completed the delivery of a 535,603-square-foot Class A warehouse at the Golden Triangle Logistics Center in Wallkill, marking the firm’s inaugural industrial project in New York State.

Ready for immediate occupancy, the new facility anchors a 92-acre Hudson Valley campus that also features an entitled, 299,200-square-foot build-to-suit opportunity.

Designed to accommodate a wide variety of industrial uses, the newly completed building includes several best-in-class design and operational features:

  • Clear Height: 36-foot ceilings
  • Loading & Parking: 88 dock doors, with parking capacity for 422 cars and 83 trailers
  • Office Space: 3,500 square feet of pre-built spec office space
  • Lighting: Pre-installed 30-fc lighting
  • Flexibility: Adaptable floor plan capable of accommodating building subdivision

Positioned at 2 and 4 Katy Trail just off I-84, the logistics center provides exceptional connectivity to the Northeast interstate network. The location offers prime access to nearly 50 million consumers within a one-day drive, making it a competitive choice for the Boston-to-Baltimore corridor and last-mile delivery into the New York City metro area.

Brad Vander Vliet, managing director at Crow Holdings Development, emphasized the strategic value of Orange County, N.Y., for regional distribution:

“The Hudson Valley combines the logistical advantages of Northern New Jersey with rents nearly 30% lower, comparable port access to Exit 8A, and a strong labor pool. Now, with our vision brought to life, we are delivering a world-class industrial building that provides a rare opportunity for immediate occupancy in this sought-after market.”

The property is currently being marketed for lease or sale by JLL brokers James Panczykowski, Tyler Fazekas, and Rob Kossar. As the only existing facility of its size currently available in the submarket, it provides a unique option for tenants seeking immediate operational scale.

This project further expands Crow Holdings Development’s robust Northeast portfolio, which has introduced more than 5.3 million square feet of new industrial inventory across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania since 2020.
