UBS Global Wealth Management US announced that Francis Ahmed is joining the firm as a Private Wealth Advisor in its Florham Park, New Jersey office. Following the conclusion of her notice period, she will become part of the UBS Greater New York Metro Market, reporting directly to Market Director Joseph Lombardo.
Lombardo welcomed Ahmed by highlighting her financial acumen and deep local ties, noting that her planning-driven approach and strong commitment to client relationships will serve as a powerful addition to the Florham Park team while supporting ongoing growth in Northern New Jersey.
Ahmed comes to UBS from J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she served clients in the Summit area as a Private Banker advising ultra-high-net-worth families and institutions. Her professional background spans wealth management, corporate finance, and financial controls, reinforced by an earlier tenure at Boston Consulting Group where she honed her strategic problem-solving skills. She began her financial career as an analyst at JPMorgan following roles with CIT.
A resident of Summit, New Jersey, Ahmed graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from Seton Hall University, where she also earned multiple academic merit scholarships. She holds a certificate in Women’s Leadership from the Yale School of Management and actively gives back to her community by volunteering with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, the New Jersey Community Food Bank, and Global Volunteers, alongside her service on advisory councils at Seton Hall.
