NAI James E. Hanson on Tuesday said it negotiated the sale of a 16,950-square-foot industrial/flex building located at 32 First Street in Hackensack for $2.8M.
Senior Vice President Kenneth Lundberg, vice president Patrick Lennon, and associate vice president Lorenzo Lambiase represented the seller, 32 First Street while Coldwell Banker’s Jay Li represented the buyer, Beauty Story in the transaction.
Located just two blocks from Hackensack University Medical Center, 32 First Street is a single-story flex/industrial building featuring three tailgates and 15’-16’ clear ceiling heights. The property is easily accessible via Routes 17 and 46, as well as Interstate 80, and boasts proximity to New York City. The buyer plans to utilize the property for warehousing and distribution of beauty products.
“Despite ongoing economic uncertainty, we’re continuing to see strong demand in the industrial market, especially for flexible and well-located buildings like 32 First Street,” Lennon said. “We were proud to help our client navigate a competitive market and secure a strong return in this transaction, and we wish the buyer all the best with their new space.”
