Wool & Loom has secured a 12,400 square feet freestanding building lease at 42 Route 17, in Paramus, according to a Monday announcement from the Goldstein Group.
The deal was brokered by Lew Finkelstein, executive vice president; CJ Huter, vice president; and Marc Palestina, vice president of The Goldstein Group. Goldstein Group representing both the tenant and the landlord, 42 Route 17, LLC.
“We recently sold the property — previously occupied by Rugs & Home — to an investor seeking a Paramus property,” said Palestina. “Before closing, we successfully negotiated a lease agreement with Wool & Loom, which is a natural fit given the building’s history as a home furnishings and carpet retailer.”
