Forty-three influential and impactful women were honored recently by the Commerce & Industry Association of New Jersey and Commerce Magazine.
The honors represented a wide range of industries and sectors, including higher ed, health care, law, IT, human resources, accounting, construction, commercial real estate and more.
The event, held last week, included a keynote address from Aparna Khurjekar, the chief revenue officer for Verizon Business and had more than 200 attendees.
Attendees also heard from an esteemed panel of women professionals who shared their journey and lessons learned in their careers.
Panelists included Jacqueline Adelfi (PSEG), Dr. Kelly Blundy (The Functional Medicine Center of New Jersey), Susan Osgood (Sharp Electronics Corporation) and Jenny Mundell (the Mayor of Bloomfield). The panel was moderated by Lucy Sorrentini, the Founder & CEO of Impact Consulting.
