Next Wave Pediatric ENT, a new medical practice specializing in pediatric ear, nose, and throat care, has secured a long-term lease for a 5,725-square-foot office at 1940 Route 70 in Cherry Hill. The deal was brokered by Rose Commercial Real Estate, which represented the tenant, and Needleman Management, which represented the landlord.
Dr. Ryan Walker, the founder of Next Wave Kids, engaged Rose Commercial Real Estate to find the ideal location for his new state-of-the-art facility. The firm’s Director of Sales & Marketing, Michelle Marinello, worked closely with Jackie Needleman, a Principal at Needleman Management, to complete the transaction.
The new medical office is situated in a two-story, multi-tenant professional building on a wooded lot. Its location offers convenience for patients and staff, with easy access to major highways, including I-295, Route 73, and the New Jersey Turnpike.
Marinello expressed her satisfaction with the deal, stating, “Working with clients to find the right space is always rewarding. This deal came with the added bonus of helping fulfill the needs of kids and families in our region. It doesn’t get much better than that.”
