ACCNJ expands network with seven new companies, enhancing New Jersey construction expertise

The Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey, a voice for the state’s construction industry, recently announced the addition of seven new member companies in the third quarter. This expansion grows ACCNJ’s robust network to over 300 members, further diversifying and strengthening its expertise across New Jersey’s geographical and industrial landscape.

The new members represent a variety of crucial construction-support services, including engineering firms, marine contractors, a heavy equipment dealer and a full-service law firm, underscoring ACCNJ’s mission to align with diverse companies committed to industry excellence.

“We are proud to welcome these outstanding companies to the ACCNJ community,” Jack Kocsis Jr., CEO of ACCNJ, said. “Their shared commitment to quality, safety and professionalism strengthens our mission to elevate New Jersey’s construction industry.”

Diverse expertise joins the network

The seven new companies bring specialized knowledge that will enhance the collective strength of the ACCNJ. These new members include:

  • Artisan Tile & Marble Company of NJ (Somerset): A family-owned tile subcontractor with a reputation for quality craftsmanship on a wide range of projects
  • Dead Calm Seas Marine Services (St. Louis): A full-service marine and subsea contractor providing specialized underwater and offshore support
  • Hoffman Equipment (Piscataway): A leading construction dealership offering sales, rentals and service of heavy equipment throughout the region.
  • Hughes Bros. (Edison): Specializes in providing charter barges and marine equipment to support large-scale waterfront and infrastructure projects
  • Interstate Supplies DBA Pottys Plus (Wrightstown): Provides reliable and efficient portable toilet rentals, ensuring job sites are properly equipped
  • Mandelbaum Barrett PC (Roseland): A full-service law firm offering comprehensive legal support to the construction and other business sectors
  • Patuxent Engineering (Metuchen): A professional engineering firm focused on safety, efficiency and precision in managing complex construction projects.

Leigh-Ann Brannigan, membership services director at ACCNJ, noted that the infusion of new perspectives will be vital for future growth.
