ASAH has officially changed its name to the New Jersey Association of Special Education Partner Schools, with the announcement taking place during its 46th Annual Conference at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick.
NJASEPS Executive Director John Mulholland explained the rebrand.
“With our new name, NJASEPS reaffirms our commitment to advancing high-quality special education and supporting individuals with disabilities and their families across New Jersey,” he said. “While our focus remains the same, our new identity reflects a modern, collaborative approach to education and advocacy – emphasizing the power of partnership.”
The conference gathered more than 300 special education professionals, advocates and families – featured three dynamic sessions and five Collaborative Conversations focused on today’s most pressing topics, including classroom management, family engagement, social-emotional learning, school safety, transition services, assistive technologies and more.
NJASEPS has been a trusted advocate for high-quality special education, representing 131 schools and agencies throughout New Jersey and serving more than 10,000 infants, children and young adults with disabilities.
