Bowrin has helped position the Cotsakos College of Business as the state’s largest producer of MBA graduates, driven by flexible delivery formats and forward-looking concentrations (such as ESG) that align with emerging workforce needs. He oversees a dynamic ecosystem of campus-based institutes — including the Cannabis Research Institute, the Center for Socially Responsible Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and the Russ Berrie Institute for Professional Sales.
Hollister has strengthened the Feliciano School of Business as a data-driven, AACSB-accredited institution emphasizing analytics, applied learning and industry relevance. A systems engineer by training and longtime Montclair faculty leader, she oversees more than 5,000 students and more than 100 fulltime faculty. Hollister guides strategic growth, accreditation cycles and academic innovation, expanding program assessment, elevating operations and information management.
Sarkees brings more than three decades of experience in academia and industry to his role as dean. His background includes academic leadership positions at Villanova University, West Virginia University and Saint Joseph’s University, as well as management and marketing roles at EY and and IBM. At Rowan, Sarkees has strengthened faculty recruitment, promoted research excellence and significantly expanded student enrollment, which has increased by 20% over the past two years.
Strawser has strengthened the Stillman School of Business through academic innovation, increased national visibility and leadership in global accreditation. Under her leadership, Stillman’s undergraduate business programs rose 18 spots to No. 109 nationally. She has launched new majors in forensic accounting and wealth management and expanded hands-on learning through internships, financial labs and volunteer opportunities. Strawser continues to serve as an associate professor of accounting and taxation.
Tukel has led NJIT’s Martin Tuchman School of Management with a clear focus on technology-infused business education, applied learning and industry relevance. Her leadership has helped position the school at the intersection of data, fintech, entrepreneurship and business innovation. Tukel also has advanced new academic models that unite business and emerging technology, including NJIT’s bachelor’s degree in business with artificial intelligence.
Wang has strengthened Kean University’s College of Business and Public Management through accreditation, academic modernization and expanded employer engagement. His tenure has expanded experiential learning, deepened partnerships with regional employers and public-sector organizations and supported efforts to modernize Hynes Hall with more technology enabled classrooms and analytics-focused learning spaces.
