A massive new player in Jersey City’s rapidly expanding luxury rental market has officially arrived. The West Side Square Development Fund—a powerful multi-partner joint venture consisting of Lanterra Developments, Westdale Properties, Lantree Developments, and Altree Developments—announced Wednesday the launch of pre-leasing at West Side Square.
Located at 1075 West Side Avenue in the historic Marion neighborhood, the sprawling 477-unit mixed-use community is scheduled to welcome its very first wave of residents in early summer. Property management and leasing strategies will be entirely directed by Greystar, the largest operator of apartments in the United States.
The complex is strategically situated blocks away from the bustling Journal Square transportation hub, giving future commuters rapid, direct PATH train connections into both Downtown and Midtown Manhattan.
