Fairfield-based Schuman Cheese on Monday announced a joint venture with GOOD PLANeT Foods, GPV Foods LLC, with a goal of creating the preeminent manufacturer in plant-based dairy.
The partnership unites Schuman’s Vevan brand and GOOD PLANeT’s retail business under one entity with the scale, reach and expertise to meet surging demand for great‑tasting dairy‑free cheese.
