Enterprise Mobility Foundation donates $25K to enhance career education at Stockton University

Stockton University students will gain expanded access to vital professional resources thanks to a $25,000 grant from the Enterprise Mobility Foundation.

The gift was formally presented on Oct. 8 during Stockton’s Fall Career and Internship Fair, organized by the university’s Career Education and Development office. The funding will support key workforce readiness initiatives, including Stockton’s “Suit Closet” for free professional attire, an on-campus professional headshot station, and specialized programming focused on leadership, networking, and career development.

The grant deepens a 20-year partnership between Stockton University and Enterprise Mobility, a collaboration that has helped prepare students for professional life while opening direct talent pipelines. Today, 72 Stockton alumni are employed at Enterprise Mobility locations across the country.

The funding aims to remove financial and practical obstacles for students preparing for interviews, internships, and postgraduate employment.

Among the key initiatives supported by the partnership is the university’s Networking Bootcamp, a hands-on program where students practice pitch delivery, hone communication skills, and build professional confidence in real-world scenarios.

“This generous investment from Enterprise Mobility will help us provide students with the resources, experiences and confidence they need to take the next steps in their careers,” Sofia Abreu, director of Career Education and Development at Stockton University, said. “From professional attire and headshots to networking and leadership development, these resources help remove barriers and ensure more students can take advantage of opportunities to prepare for life after graduation.”

“Enterprise Mobility values its partnership with Stockton University and remains committed to supporting the Career Education and Development team and the students they serve,” Talibah Mackey, Talent Acquisition Specialist (Philadelphia Group) at Enterprise Mobility, said. “We are proud to present this grant of $25,000 from the Enterprise Mobility Foundation to help enhance resources and programming that prepare students for career success.”

The announcement coincided with one of Stockton’s largest career events of the fall semester. Nearly 1,000 students attended the Fall Career and Internship Fair, engaging with representatives from 104 regional and national employers.

Leading up to the fair, Stockton’s career development team conducted preparation workshops—including “Resume Rush” sessions—generating over 900 individual student touchpoints. Additionally, a specialized Criminal Justice Meet-Up connected nearly 200 students with 20 industry-specific employers.
