Craig Wolfe has joined Flaster Greenberg as its Chief Financial Officer, the Cherry Hill-based firm announced Tuesday.
In this role, Wolfe will oversee the firm’s financial operations and work closely with firm leadership to advance Flaster Greenberg’s strategic growth initiatives and long-term financial objectives.
Wolfe joins Flaster Greenberg with more than 30 years of accounting and financial management experience, including extensive leadership roles within the legal sector.
As CFO, Wolfe is responsible for the firm’s budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, accounting operations, payroll, billing, collections, treasury functions, and internal financial controls. He also leads financial planning and analysis efforts, providing data-driven insights that support business and operational decision-making across the firm.

Throughout his career, Wolfe has led finance departments for prominent regional and national law firms, overseeing complex financial operations, implementing firmwide financial systems and process improvements, managing audits and regulatory compliance initiatives, and partnering with executive leadership to strengthen financial performance and operational efficiency.
His experience spans all aspects of law firm finance, including trust accounting, work-in-progress and accounts receivable management, partner compensation support, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. Wolfe is also recognized for successfully implementing financial technologies and automation initiatives that have improved reporting capabilities, streamlined workflows, and enhanced internal controls.
