All-you-can-eat Wagyu and tableside grilling arrives in Edison

New Jersey’s dining scene is getting a major upgrade with the arrival of Wagyu Factory. Opening its doors today, Oct. 23, at 1763 NJ-27, the popular experiential dining brand brings its signature blend of premium meats, tableside grilling, and an all-you-can-eat format to the Garden State for the very first time.

The Edison location marks the seventh outpost for Wagyu Factory, expanding a nationwide footprint that already includes spots in California, Washington, Texas, and Florida. Behind the concept is Chubby Group, the acclaimed hospitality team known for innovative experiential concepts like The X Pot, Chubby Cattle, and Niku X.

Wagyu Factory aims to make high-end dining both approachable and endlessly satisfying. Guests can look forward to an interactive, customizable meal centered around tableside grilling paired with a robust buffet-style variety:

Premium Meats & Wagyu: Diners can indulge in a rotating selection of Japanese, Australian, and American Wagyu. Standouts include Wagyu steak, short plate, finger meat, beef tongue, pork belly, and marinated specialties.
Hot Dishes & Sushi: Beyond the grill, the full buffet features seafood, vegetables, and comfort favorites like Wagyu fried rice, Wagyu stir-fry udon, shrimp tempura, takoyaki, xiaolongbao, lobster dumplings, and a dedicated sushi and nigiri selection.
Interactive Sauce Bar: A sprawling station allows guests to mix and match custom flavor profiles using BBQ sauces, garlic sauce, chili, kimchi, seaweed salad, and fresh dipping vegetables.
Sweet Finishes: The experience rounds out with desserts including egg tarts and ice cream.
