Archer & Greiner announced this week that it is elevating six attorneys to partner, effective Oct. 1.
The newly named partners are Eimi Figlio, Timothy Horn, Rafael Llano, Matthew Nicodemo, Amy Pearl and Scott Sears.
Archer officials say the group reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to developing and advancing attorneys who have achieved the highest levels of professional accomplishment and who embody the values of excellence, collaboration and a client-first approach that define the firm.
Archer President Marc Rollo was excited.

As they take on expanded leadership roles, they will help shape the next chapter of our continued growth and success.”
The new partners:
Eimi Figlio: Private Wealth, Estates & Trusts, Hackensack: Figlio focuses on estate planning and estate administration, helping individuals and families structure their affairs, preserve assets and navigate the administration of estates and trusts. She prepares estate planning documents, advises on wealth transfers and tax planning, and assists clients with probate, trust administration, estate tax matters and related proceedings. She serves as Secretary of the Greater New Jersey Estate Planning Council and is a member of its Programming Committee. Figlio earned her J.D. from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
Timothy Horn: Private Wealth, Estates & Trusts, Voorhees: Horn focuses on estate planning, estate administration and related tax matters, advising individuals and families on strategies to preserve wealth, transfer assets and address complex estate and trust matters. He assists clients with planning for estates of all sizes, including matters involving wills, trusts, gifting strategies, closely held businesses, probate and post-mortem planning opportunities. Horn earned his LL.M. in Taxation and his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
Rafael Llano: Business Litigation, Hackensack: Llano represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial and civil litigation involving contract disputes, shareholder matters, employment agreements, restrictive covenants and consumer fraud claims. He also handles insurance coverage and construction-related litigation. He served as a Trustee of the Morris County Bar Association from 2022 to 2024. Llano earned his J.D. from Western New England University School of Law.
Matthew Nicodemo: Estate & Trust Litigation, Hackensack: Nicodemo represents clients in complex trust, estate and commercial disputes, including will contests, fiduciary disputes, guardianship matters, trust interpretation and reformation matters, and business litigation. He is a participant in Class V of the Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and serves as Co-Chair of the Probate Litigation & Guardianship Committee of the Bergen County Bar Association. Nicodemo earned his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
Amy Pearl: Business Litigation, Voorhees: Pearl focuses on commercial and complex civil litigation, representing individuals, businesses and public entities in a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract claims, business disputes and civil rights matters. She previously served on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross, Southern New Jersey Chapter. Pearl earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law.
Scott Sears: Labor & Employment, Hackensack: Sears advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, from day-to-day counseling to complex litigation. His practice includes workplace policies, employee relations, investigations, wage and hour issues, reasonable accommodations and the defense of discrimination, retaliation and other employment claims. Sears earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University.
