Brunswick Shopping Center is expanding its everyday service offerings with the addition of Dogtopia, a provider of dog daycare, boarding and spa services.
Dogtopia has committed to a 5,081-square-foot space at the 288,000-square-foot community shopping center, located at 498 Milltown Road just off Route 1 in North Brunswick. The signing adds to a strong wave of leasing momentum managed by Levin Management Corporation (LMC).
The incoming Dogtopia location will feature climate-controlled indoor playrooms where dogs are safely separated by size, temperament, and play style. It will also provide overnight boarding, spa services, and live webcams enabling pet parents to monitor their dogs throughout the day.

Dogtopia’s lease builds on nearly 40,500 square feet of new leasing completed by LMC at the property over the past three years. Recent additions diversifying the center’s mix include:
- Ace Pickleball Club (26,319 sq. ft.)
- Dogtopia (5,081 sq. ft.)
- Giri Trading Agency (3,571 sq. ft.)
- Namkeen Hot Chicken Joint (2,795 sq. ft.)
- Tropical Smoothie Café (1,700 sq. ft.)
- Boost Mobile (993 sq. ft.)
Anchored by major national brands Lidl and LA Fitness, Brunswick Shopping Center draws over three million annual visits. Positioned along one of Central New Jersey’s busiest retail corridors, the property serves a trade area exceeding 280,000 residents within a five-mile radius.
The lease transaction was negotiated by Fred Younkin of LMC on behalf of ownership, while Jonathan Spoerl and Grace Daniels of Metro Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
