The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA) has officially installed its 2026–2027 Executive Board, marking a pivotal moment as the organization prepares to commemorate a century of industry leadership. The installation took place during the association’s 57th Annual Golf, Tennis & Pickleball Outing, held at the Morris County Golf Club in Morristown.
New leadership for a centennial year
The newly installed board members, who will lead IOREBA through its 100th anniversary, include:
- President: Bree Manchanda, Commercial Realty Partners
- Vice President: Jim McGuckin, Marcus & Millichap
- Secretary: Josh Glussky, Sheldon Gross Realty
- Treasurer: Giovanni Ramaci, NAI Hanson
“It is an honor to serve as President as IOREBA prepares to celebrate its 100th anniversary,” said President Bree Manchanda. “I look forward to working with our Executive Board to build on that tradition while creating new opportunities for our members throughout the coming year.”
Celebrating a century of service
The outing served as both a premier networking event and a launchpad for the organization’s upcoming milestone celebrations. While IOREBA was formally organized in 1927, its history traces back to meetings held by founding members in late 1926. As the oldest industrial and office real estate brokers association in the United States, IOREBA remains one of the largest regional organizations of its kind, representing more than 200 commercial real estate professionals.
To honor this legacy, the association is hosting a 100th Anniversary Gala on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at The Venetian in Garfield, New Jersey.
Honoring excellence
The annual outing also featured a special recognition for Jeff Furey, who was honored for his long-standing commitment to the event. Through years of volunteer service and strategic planning, Furey has been instrumental in establishing the outing as one of New Jersey’s most significant networking gatherings for the commercial real estate sector.
Following the day’s activities, members and guests participated in a networking reception, dinner, and an awards presentation to celebrate the organization’s ongoing success and future trajectory.
