Larken Associates announced a new 1,500-square-foot retail lease with SecondSun, LLC, doing business as Sunbelievable, at Raritan Crossing, located at 90 East Somerset Street and Route 206 South in Raritan.
Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Larken Associates’ Commercial Division, represented the landlord in the transaction, while Robert Axmann of BHHS Fox & Roach, Deluccia Commercial Group, represented the tenant.
Sunbelievable operates as a premier tanning and wellness concept, offering UV and sunless tanning services alongside specialized treatments like SmartSun Therapy—a light-based procedure utilizing targeted wavelengths designed to support the body’s natural healing processes—as well as complementary retail products.
The new tenant joins a strong roster at the three-building, 62,955-square-foot retail center, which features national and regional brands such as Dollar Tree, Hunterdon Health Urgent Care, Retro Fitness, and Domino’s. Positioned near Routes 202 and 22, as well as Interstates 78 and 287, the property offers high visibility and accessibility for Somerset County commuters and residents.
“Raritan Crossing continues to attract in-demand, service-oriented businesses across several industries, including food service, youth sports, personal care, and more,” Kelly said. “This lease with Sunbelievable illustrates the continued leasing momentum we’ve seen at the property recently, and we’re excited to further round out the tenant roster.”
Raritan Crossing currently features additional retail and commercial spaces available for lease, ranging from 1,750 to 4,278 square feet. Prospective tenants can reach Victor Kelly at 908-874-8686 or [email protected], or visit Larken Associates Commercial Leasing for more information.
