Industrial asset disposition firm AssetBuilt has announced a landmark four-day auction for a massive, 3.2-million-square-foot beverage manufacturing campus in Newark.
Running from Sept. 8 to 11, via live webcast, the auction will liquidate equipment from the 86-acre site, which previously supported end-to-end production for global brands. The massive sale encompasses processing systems, hundreds of stainless steel fermentation and storage tanks, automated high-speed canning and bottling lines, and extensive MRO inventory.
In addition to brewhouse and packaging machinery, the Newark liquidation features heavy industrial infrastructure, including substations, high-capacity refrigeration plants, industrial steam boilers, CO₂ recovery systems, and dedicated wastewater treatment facilities, alongside a fully stocked machine shop with dual rail access.
The Newark event kicks off a dual-state industrial liquidation series for AssetBuilt, which will follow up in October with an auction of surplus citrus processing and beverage manufacturing assets from a Cutrale facility in Leesburg, Florida. Detailed equipment catalogs, lot listings, and registration information for the Newark webcast are available through AssetBuilt.
