Reinforcing the Garden State’s growing inventory of sustainable corporate real estate, Crow Holdings Development has officially secured LEED® Certified status for Crow Holdings at 6A, its 294,000-square-foot Class A industrial property located at 1804 River Road in Burlington.
The milestone achievement places the South Jersey warehouse among an elite tier of regional logistics facilities. According to development team representatives, the internationally recognized green building designation is currently held by only a handful of warehouse and distribution developments in South Jersey and approximately one dozen statewide.
Designed to optimize building performance and reduce environmental impact, the project integrates high-efficiency building systems, lower-impact construction materials, and site planning that protects the surrounding natural habitat. BEYOND served as the sustainability consultant guiding the project through the certification process.
The partially leased facility, which features 36-foot clear ceiling heights and 24 dock doors, is strategically positioned to serve the regional supply chain. Located just 25 miles from Philadelphia and 70 miles from New York City, the property offers prime connectivity to major Garden State logistics arteries, including Route 130, I-295, and the New Jersey Turnpike.
Automotive components manufacturer GMB North America anchors the development, having pre-leased 156,000 square feet ahead of completion. Leasing teams from Cushman & Wakefield and NAI Mertz are actively marketing the remaining 138,000 square feet of available space to prospective ecommerce, logistics, and distribution tenants.
