PS&S, a Cherry Hill-based full-service architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting firm, on Monday announced the promotions of Daniel Caldwell and Michael Newton to the position of vice president. These leadership appointments recognize the duo’s significant contributions to the firm’s growth across its environmental, business development, and landscape architecture practices.
With a 64-year history in the industry, PS&S continues to prioritize internal leadership development to meet the evolving needs of its infrastructure and environmental clients.
- Daniel Caldwell steps into his new role as Vice President following his tenure as Senior Director of Business Development. With over 30 years of experience, Caldwell has been instrumental in the firm’s growth initiatives. Beyond his professional work, he maintains a strong commitment to the South Jersey community, serving on the boards of the Greater Philadelphia YMCA, the Moorestown Ecumenical Neighborhood (MEND) Friends of MEND, and Businesses Committed to South Jersey (BCSJ).
- Michael Newton, PG, LSRP, previously served as the firm’s Senior Director of Environmental Services. During his seven-year tenure at PS&S, he has leveraged 20 years of expertise to oversee complex industrial and commercial remediation projects. He is an active member of the Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association and NAIOP’s Regulatory Affairs Committee.
“Daniel and Michael have helped strengthen PS&S’s environmental and business development capabilities through their leadership, industry expertise, and strong client relationships,” John Sartor, president & CEO of PS&S said. “Their experience and collaborative approach will continue to play an important role as we expand our environmental services and support clients navigating increasingly complex projects.”
The promotions arrive as part of a wider leadership expansion at PS&S, which also recently included the promotion of Lisa DiGerolamo to Executive Vice President.
“Our clients are facing increasingly complex challenges, and I look forward to helping them navigate growth opportunities with the full strength of PS&S’s multidisciplinary expertise,” Caldwell said regarding his new appointment.
Newton echoed this sentiment, adding, “I’m proud to be a part of PS&S and excited to work with this amazing team to achieve our ambitious goals.”
