SJP Properties, a nationally recognized leader in commercial real estate, recently announced that Sanofi at M Station West in Morristown has been awarded WELL v2 Platinum Certification by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). This distinction represents the highest level of certification under the WELL Building Standard and highlights a commitment to creating a premier, health-focused environment for the building’s 2,000 employees.

The WELL v2 Platinum designation is granted to projects that demonstrate excellence across 10 core concepts: Air, Water, Nourishment, Light, Movement, Thermal Comfort, Sound, Materials, Mind, and Community.
At the seven-story, 253,000-square-foot facility, SJP Properties integrated design elements specifically intended to enhance productivity and employee morale. Key features include:

- Natural Integration: Extensive use of expansive natural light to connect the workspace with the outdoors.

M Station West represents the second phase of a significant development project in Morristown. It follows the completion of M Station East, a 120,000-square-foot building that currently serves as the regional hub for 1,500 Deloitte employees.
