The Campbell’s Company earns spot on national and regional Civic 50 lists

Corporate social responsibility and community engagement efforts continue to yield major national recognition for New Jersey enterprises. Camden-based The Campbell’s Company has officially been named a 2026 honoree on Points of Light’s national Civic 50 list, alongside earning placement on The Civic 50 Greater Philadelphia for the second consecutive year.

The prestigious programs evaluate major public and private corporations with U.S. operations based on comprehensive metrics, including employee volunteerism, strategic community investments, and deep-seated social impact strategies.

Driving local and national impact

During fiscal 2025, Campbell’s employees recorded more than 27,000 volunteer hours nationwide. Demonstrating a strong commitment to its hometown roots, approximately 10,000 of those hours were dedicated directly to the Camden area, supporting local non-profit organizations, food security initiatives, and workforce development programs.

Headquartered along the Camden waterfront, the company prioritizes regional investment through targeted initiatives such as The Campbell’s Foundation and the Full Futures school nutrition program, which actively works to strengthen wellness and nutrition education environments.
