Porzio, Bromberg & Newman launches refreshed brand, new HQ in Parsippany

New location will serve as Porzio’s epicenter with continued investment in technology, people and corporate transactional capabilities

There’s an open floor plan, increased natural lighting and optional standing desks – plus amenities such as an on-site health center, a larger cafeteria space and, of course, numerous EV chargers for employees and clients.

This isn’t the new headquarters of a new company, but a refreshed look for a refreshed brand that shows it is ahead of the curve.

That’s the best way to describe the new Parsippany headquarters for Porzio, Bromberg & Newman.

Association management

The Porzio Governmental Affairs Team on Monday announced a strategic integration with Association Business Solutions to further strengthen the firm’s association management practice, as well as their collective ability to serve nonprofit and association clients across New Jersey.

Porzio, a multidisciplinary law firm founded in 1962, says the 43,000-square foot space located at 5 Sylvan Way is part of Porzio’s continued growth strategy, facilitating expansion in existing and future locations including office expansion in Manhattan and the recent opening of a new office in Naples, Florida.

Managing Partner Vito Gagliardi, Jr., applauded the announcement.

“With our brand-new headquarters and our reimagined branding, we are proudly stepping into a brighter future at Porzio,” he said. “This past year has been one of incredible growth, and these strategic changes mark the beginning of our renewed investment into our community and our clients.”

That celebration begins in Parsippany.

The headquarters features a revitalized town hall space that will allow the team to facilitate community events, legal industry events and corporate training both in person and virtually.

Gigliardi said it was of tremendous importance for this new space to reflect the community it supports; environmentally focused and steadfast in giving back.

That’s why throughout the building you’ll find artwork created by members of the Matheny fine arts program, a nonprofit that supports and cares for local children and adults with special needs and medically complex developmental disabilities.

Porzio also recycled most of the furniture from their previous location, donating any unused pieces to the New Providence Public Library, Catholic Charities, Homeless Solutions and Matheny.

“We are celebrating our longstanding history, while pushing Porzio forward as we continue to develop not only our physical spaces, but an evolved practice offering, better serving our clients across the country,” he said.

Quickly growing into one of the leading law firms across the nation, Porzio has more than 100 attorneys across 10 locations in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Massachusetts, Florida and Puerto Rico. (The firm has New Jersey offices in Trenton, Clinton and Ocean City.)

Porzio recently added to their bankruptcy & financial restructuring practice with the hiring of veteran insolvency attorney Tara Schellhorn as Principal. Porzio has also continued their investment in their subsidiaries, Porzio Compliance Services and Porzio Governmental Affairs.
