The Goldstein Group announced the grand opening of Wolf Fitness at the Timberline Plaza Shopping Center. The 20,000-square-foot facility marks a significant expansion for the fitness franchise, bringing its “Work Out Live Fierce” (W.O.L.F.) philosophy to the heart of Gloucester County.
The lease agreement was orchestrated by Mark Handwerker of The Goldstein Group, who represented the landlord, Timberline Plaza, LLC. The tenant was represented by Blaine A. Foreman of Metro Commercial.

Located at 660 Woodbury Glassboro Road, the new gym joins a high-traffic retail corridor. Timberline Plaza is already home to a robust lineup of national brands, positioning Wolf Fitness alongside neighbors such as Target, Lowe’s, Lidl and Starbucks.
