Hudson Technologies, a Woodcliff Lake-based leader in sustainable refrigerant products and services, on Thursday announced a significant restructuring of its senior management team. The move is designed to streamline the company’s supply chain, sharpen its go-to-market strategies and accelerate growth within the evolving HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) landscape.

At the center of the reorganization is the promotion of Rob Stoody to senior vice president, operations. Stoody, who previously served as VP of Supply Chain, will now oversee plant operations, logistics, and the company’s broader supply chain. Stoody is notably credited with securing and managing Hudson’s high-profile contract with the United States Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).

Supporting this operational shift, Mostafa Parsa has been elevated to vice president, operations, while Cesar Alonso rejoins the company as vice president, Supply Chain, bringing previous experience from Honeywell to the role.

To strengthen market reach, Kirk Reimer has been named vice president, sales & marketing. A veteran of the company’s sales organization, Reimer will now integrate refrigerant sales with core marketing activities.

Adding further depth to this department, Hudson has appointed Meredith Baskies as director of marketing. Baskies joins the company with 15 years of experience at global giants like Mitsubishi Chemical and BASF, where she specialized in high-level strategic growth and brand elevation. She will report directly to Reimer.

Ken Gaglione, president and CEO of Hudson Technologies, emphasized that the restructuring is a proactive response to the complexities of the modern refrigerant market.

“We have elevated and expanded our team to ensure we are employing the best go-to-market and customer service strategies to further our leadership position while driving profitable growth,” Gaglione stated. “With this new team in place, we are well-positioned to capitalize on the opportunities we are seeing to increase our leading presence in the marketplace.”

The company also confirmed that Kate Houghton has stepped down from her roles as senior vice president of Sales & Marketing and as a member of the board of directors to pursue other opportunities.

The leadership changes come at a pivotal time for Hudson as the industry faces shifting regulations and a heightened demand for reclaimed and sustainable refrigerant solutions.
