The Kislak Company, Inc. on Friday announced the $10,000,000 sale of a prominent 131,346-square-foot office building located at 959 Route 46 in Parsippany. The off-market transaction marks a significant milestone in the Morris County corporate corridor, involving a long-term Kislak client as the purchaser.
The deal was orchestrated by Senior Vice President Tom Scatuorchio and Managing Director Matt Weilheimer, who represented both the buyer and the seller in the negotiations.
The property spans nearly eight acres and is strategically positioned with direct frontage on Route 46, offering immediate access to Interstates 80 and 287. Known for its professional suburban environment, the building features a dramatic two-story atrium lobby and on-site food services.
